How do I tell staff about AI without causing panic?

Be honest and specific. "We're bringing in a tool to handle repetitive tasks so you can focus on more interesting work" lands very differently from "We're implementing AI across the business." Name the actual tasks it'll handle. Be clear that nobody's job is at risk. And involve people early. The worst thing you can do is surprise your team with AI on their desktops one Monday morning.
