What does good AI training actually look like?

Not a two-hour workshop with slides. Good training happens in the context of each person's actual work. We sit with them (virtually or in person), look at what they spend their time on, and show them how Cowork handles those specific tasks. One-on-one, practical, grounded in their daily reality. That's what sticks. Generic "intro to AI" sessions don't change behaviour.
