What do I need before I start?

Not much. A computer running Windows or macOS, an Anthropic account, and someone willing to be the first person to try it. That's it for the technical side. The more important preparation is deciding which workflows you want to automate first and getting your team on board with the idea. We handle the rest during deployment.
