Can it access my CRM?

If your team can use the CRM through a browser or desktop app, Cowork can too. It works through the screen, not through APIs. So there's no integration to build, no plugin to install, no compatibility list to check. Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or that custom thing your industry uses. If a person can click through it, Cowork can learn to do the same.
