Often more useful, actually. In a small team, everyone wears multiple hats and time is the scarcest resource. If one person spends 10 hours a week on data entry and admin, getting half of that back is a big deal. The ROI per person tends to be higher in smaller teams because there's less slack in the system to begin with.
